Get Ready for a Long, Hot Summer of Christian Romantic Suspense

Kristen here. Summer might not technically start until next month, but a brand new summer anthology collection of Christian romantic suspense kicks off today! Justice, volume 1 of the Two Dogs Publishing collection titled "Long Hot Summer: Christian Romantic Suspense" releases today, and three more volumes are coming soon. The collection features sixteen authors, and I am honored to be among them (in Truth, volume 4).

Today, our group is celebrating the launch of Justice. Keep reading to meet its authors and their stories, learn more about the collection itself, and find out how you can enter to win an e-book copy of Justice.

Meet the Authors and Stories of Justice, Volume 1

One Nine - Sara Davison

Detective Chase Washington knows Brooke Turner is guilty of murdering her best friend. What he can't comprehend is how she has managed to elude capture for six months. With Lenora Chambers’ blood calling out to him from the ground, Chase will stop at nothing to find Brooke Turner and bring her to justice.

When he finally tracks her down, nothing is as black and white as Chase thought. Lost in the wild with no way to communicate with the outside world and another possible suspect on their trail, Chase and his prisoner have become the prey in a desperate quest to survive.

Mistaken Justice - Cara Putman

When Riley Collins is found dead, his brother Logan refuses to accept the suicide verdict. Determined to uncover the truth, Logan investigates Riley's files and discovers a link to a dark event from his Navy past involving a high-ranking officer. With the help of Sydney Sims, the Assistant County Attorney, Logan faces increasing danger as they uncover more evidence. Amidst threats and break-ins, Logan and Sydney must unravel the mystery behind Tyler's death before the killer strikes again.

Alaskan Family Ties - Lily Hann

Award-winning journalist Nalani Price is desperate to uncover her birth parents’ identities. When her foster brother disappears after finding a lead, she heads to Alaska in search of him—and answers. Her path crosses with Special Agent Davin Schulz, who’s hunting for a missing undercover agent while racing to stop a terrorist attack. Skeptical of Nalani’s story, Davin keeps her close, but a near-fatal attack forces them into an uneasy partnership. As danger escalates, shocking truths about Nalani’s past come to light. Together, they must solve the clues left behind before time runs out—and they lose everything.

Lethal Ties - Michelle Aleckson

FBI agent Justin Miller is hunting El León, a cartel leader. But in the sting operation to capture him, he instead comes face-to-face with a woman he’d rather forget, Kalina Lopez.

Kali spent her life searching for a place to belong jumping from gang life to the Marines to finally finding faith. But now with her baby and sister missing, she’ll have to face a past she’s been running from and need help from her daughter’s father. The only problem is that Justin doesn’t know Cora exists. Now Kali and Justin must work together to save their daughter and the day.

    1. Thanks! As a matter of fact, I do! It's more of a prayer journal. Of course, I miss a few days, but I love starting my day with my Bible, journal, and Jesus.

  13. I live in Las Vegas. We definitely have LONG, HOT summers!😁 I also have a 4 yr old daughter. We spend a LOT of time at splashpads or pool dates... basically, anything with water! We love to be outside, too, so water is a big bonus for that! Thankfully, Las Vegas does a great job with providing nice parks and splashpads!
