A REVIEW OF BURIED COLD CASE SECRETS BY SAMI A. ABRAMS

 From the very first page, Buried Cold Case Secrets by Sami Abrams had me hooked! Cold case stories tend to be some of my favorites, and this one did not disappoint. I found the emotional struggles of both main characters to be very realistic, and their romance felt natural and not at all cheesy.


I hate to admit this, but I’ll be completely transparent with you. I didn’t figure out who the villain was until the end. Now, that typically doesn’t happen, and I end up sniffing out the bad guy before I hit the midway point of most books, but this time, I was all wrong. Buried Cold Case Secrets is full of twists and turns that will keep you turning pages. You definitely won’t want to miss it!

Searching for her best friend’s remains could help forensic anthropologist Melanie Hutton regain her memories of when they were both kidnapped—unless the killer gets to Melanie first. For her safety, Melanie must rely on Detective Jason Cooper, who still blames her for his sister’s death. Can Jason set the past aside to solve the cold-case murder…and shield Melanie from the same fate?
