When Gwen Marcey finds herself out of work, jobs soon appear. But even for a forensic artist, these cases seem strange. The first involves a death-by-snakebite; the second, a serial rapist. Gwen suspects the cases may even be connected. If that isn’t enough, her doctor’s office calls to inform her that her breast cancer seems to have returned. Then her daughter suddenly shows up. Time may be running out in more ways than one for Gwen Marcey when death draws near.
