GATHERING SHADOWS PROMOTION!





Nancy Mehl lives in Festus, Missouri, with her husband, Norman, and her very active puggle, Watson. She’s authored eighteen books and is currently at work on a new series for Bethany House Publishing. The first book in her Finding Sanctuary series, “Gathering Shadows” was released on May 6th.  

All of Nancy’s novels have an added touch – something for your spirit as well as your soul. “I welcome the opportunity to share my faith through my writing,” Nancy says. “God is number one in my life. I wouldn’t be writing at all if I didn’t believe that this is what He’s called me to do. I hope everyone who reads my books will walk away with the most important message I can give them: God is good, and He loves you more than you can imagine. He has a good plan for your life, and there is nothing you can’t overcome with His help.”

GATHERING SHADOWS
Wynter Evans is a promising young reporter for a television station in St. Louis, but even a bright future doesn't take away her pain over the disappearance of her brother nine years ago. So when she stumbles across a photograph of a boy with an eerie resemblance to him, she can't pass up the chance to track him down. With research for work as her cover, she sets out with one of the station's photogs for the place where the picture was taken: the town of Sanctuary.

Almost as soon as she arrives, she meets the town's handsome young mayor, Rueben King, and together they begin to uncover long held secrets that could tear the small town apart and change everything Wynter thought she knew about her life. As the truth of her family's past hides in the shadows, it's clear someone will stop at nothing to keep the answers she's searching for hidden forever--even if the cost is Wynter's very life.

    The book sounds good! Since I live in Farmington, we are almost neighbors! I like reading books where I recognize places in the books. I'm sure this will be interesting! jarning67athotmaildotcom

      Hey, we are almost neighbors! I used to set my books in Kansas, but since I moved here, I decided to moved every thing to this wonderful state. We love Missouri!

    I love this book!!! Why I want a signed copy! Well because I love all the books Nancy Mehl has written! I've been working on reading them all! This one was the first I read and I couldn't put it down I sit up at night after my son went to bed and read chapter after chapter! The ending was a shock when finding out who was behind it all! I must say I could read it over and over again it's that great!! Looking forward to the next one! This book keeps you on your toes! All the characters are so special, how they find their way through the hard time and find themselves in the mess! Amazing book! So yes I'd love to be able to have a signed copy :) -- Jenna McKenzie

    Nancy's novel are amazing and I can never seem to get enough of her writing style. The best part is that her characters are so relatable and the plot line is something that I can see happening to anyone. I always love getting lost in her stories and I do not have a signed copy which would be a real treat to have one in my collection. Thanks for the chance!

    I would love to win a copy. Books are my ministry. I read them and send them to a friend of mine in Alaska. She reads them then donates them to the library in her little town of Dillingham. It's on a remote island 300 miles from Anchorage where shipping costs are astronomical. So this gives other people on the island a chance to check out the books, read them and experience God's love.
